Theater encourages cooperation, communication skills, confidence, and a wide range of skills that can be applied to all careers and walks of life. In this class, your child will learn the basics of stage acting and the theater, including: stage directions, types of theaters, parts of the theater, basic theater history,  theater games, the basics of auditioning, and the basics of performing a monologue and scene with partners.
